Tidefolk is a coastal boho-style townhouse community near Fisherman’s Wharf, designed to appeal to ocean-minded locals, small families, retirees, and young creative professionals. The visual direction draws from painting-inspired aesthetics, using warm colors, organic textures, and natural light to reflect the relaxed rhythm of seaside living. Through cohesive layout, typography, and imagery, the design conveys a lifestyle rooted in calm, creativity, and connection to the natural coastal environment.
